Do I need the title to sell my car?

In most states, yes. But if you’ve lost your title or it’s not in your name, we may still be able to help. Just contact us—we’ll walk you through your options.

Will you buy my car if it doesn’t run?

Yes! We buy non-running vehicles, including cars with mechanical issues, electrical problems, flood damage, or no engine at all.

Is pickup really free?

Absolutely. We never charge for towing or pickup. Our driver will come to your home, shop, or wherever the vehicle is—and haul it away at no cost to you.

How do I get paid?

You’ll be paid on the spot when the driver arrives. Payment is usually made by cash or check, depending on your location and preference.

What kinds of vehicles do you buy?

We buy nearly everything, including:

  • Junk cars and trucks
  • Used vehicles in good condition
  • Damaged or totaled cars
  • Vehicles with salvage or rebuilt titles
  • Vans, SUVs, and fleet vehicles

Can I sell a car without keys?

Yes. Missing keys are not a problem, though it helps to mention it upfront when you request your offer.

Do I need to be present when you pick up the car?

Not always—but we do need the signed title and a valid ID. If you’re not available, someone else can hand them off if authorized ahead of time.

How long does the process take?

Most pickups happen within 24–48 hours of accepting your offer. In some cases, we can schedule same-day service.

Can I cancel after accepting the offer?

Yes—just let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel the pickup. There’s no fee to change your mind.

What happens to my car after it’s picked up?

Depending on its condition, it may be recycled, sold at auction, or parted out. Either way, we make sure it’s handled responsibly.
